Exchanges, Changes or cancellations are allowed only before shipment ( during processing time which is 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) without any extra charges. Once the item has shipped, any exchanges, Changes or cancellations will be considered a return and subject to the Return terms and conditions.
