Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Origin & Coverage

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers.
Fulfillment centers may operate from multiple U.S. locations, including California.

• Domestic Shipping: Available across all U.S. states.
• International Shipping: Available to eligible destinations worldwide.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and item weight (average 1–2 lbs per item).
Final rates are displayed at checkout before order completion.

• USA Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts).
• Orders under $50: Flat rate of $4 per item.
• International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on USPS or UPS rates.

Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• USA Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• International Delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Carrier Responsibility

While Zeeflare is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by shipping carriers,
we will assist customers in working with the carrier to help resolve delivery-related issues whenever possible.

5. Restricted Shipping Areas

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations restricted by U.S. export regulations.
Orders to such addresses may be canceled or reviewed.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted in accordance with our
Return Policy.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
