Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping for eligible orders, but this is subject to change without notice.
Restricted Regions: Orders to P.O. Boxes or restricted regions may be subject to review or cancellation.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: Returns and refunds are offered under the following conditions:
Requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Before returning any product, you must obtain an RMA number. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA number:
Customer name
Invoice number
Serial number
Nature of the problem

6. Payment Policy
We accept PayPal Express Checkout.
Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
An Israeli Tax Invoice will be attached and sent with the item.

Title to goods remains with the seller until fully paid by the purchaser, at which time title passes to the purchaser.
If goods are purchased for export, the purchaser must obtain necessary export documentation from the Federal Government before shipping to a foreign country. Manufacturer warranties for exported goods may vary or become null and void.
