3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Zeeflare.com reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Errors in product or pricing information.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Unavailability of the product.

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on item count and destination. Any local taxes, customs duties, or charges imposed by authorities are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Carrier Liability: We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers. For such issues, contact the carrier directly.

• Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping for eligible orders, but this is subject to change without notice.

• Restricted Regions: Orders to P.O. Boxes or restricted regions may be subject to review or cancellation.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns and refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Before returning any product, you must obtain an RMA number. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA number:

  • Customer name

  • Invoice number

  • Serial number

  • Nature of the problem
